COMPOST AND VERMICOMPOST
Production of Compost and Vermicompost
At Din Network, we focus on producing compost through the SFW method whenever feasible, adjusting the formula to suit local conditions and cost considerations. Our PS Earth compost is manufactured on a commercial scale using raw materials such as filter cake from a nearby sugar mill, water hyacinths, banana peels, and sugarcane leaves, depending on seasonal availability. The composting process undergoes a thermophilic phase, reaching temperatures of up to 60°C, which effectively eliminates pathogens and weed seeds. Aeration is carried out at least twice with the aid of our compost turner to maintain oxygen flow and promote decomposition. Additionally, we inoculate the piles with compost extract to enhance microbial biomass and diversity.
PS Earth Vermicompost is produced using composted buffalo manure combined with filter cake. The manure is first composted to eliminate pathogens, disease causing organisms, and weed seeds. As the earthworms digest this material, they release beneficial enzymes through their castings, resulting in a nutrient-rich organic fertilizer.

All crops flourish in soil enhanced exclusively with our own compost and natural amendments, forming a closed-loop system that guarantees every stage—from soil to harvest—is fully organic and sustainable.
